If iTunes is installed on your computer there will be an iTunes folder listed under All Programmes. (Click on the Windows button and look for iTunes in the list of programmes.) Open the iTunes folder (on thta list) and then left-click the iTunes icon and drag it to your desktop.

If you want the iTunes icon on the Taskbar, right-click the iTunes icon and select More/Pin to Taskbar.
