Unable to make video call through Jio esim

Why am I unable to make video call through Jio esim as it is coming with the message Jio sim not detected in the app Jio4GVoice. It also says please insert Jio sim in the phone and retry

If it still doesn't work you have to contact your carrier, the SIM card may be damaged.
