I opened apple store for the first time on this device and accidentally choose the italian language now i cant change it back to English i have already tried going to settings: general: language and region: iphone language but its already in English there But on apple store its in italian.
It is not the language it is the country that you have chosen in Apple Store App.
Go to Settings > Country or Region > Tap the Country Displayed > Choose what you need.
