Generally Apple supports iPhones iOS updates for more than 5 years from the date the device was firstly released (not from the date of purchase). For example iPhone 6s, firstly released in September 2015, and it still can run current (15.1) iOS version.

Your iPhone 11 was firstly released on October 2019.
