My contact address and email information change back to previous no matter how many times I change it. This is very annoying and last week I had a package I ordered from the Apple Store delivered to an old address. How do I permanently change the information.

It sounds like you're experiencing some issues with your contacts card on your iOS device. We know it's important for that information to be accurate; we'd like to help you get this sorted out.
When you review the contacts in your Contacts app do you have more than one contact listed for yourself? If so, delete additional contacts so there is only one. After that, go to Settings > Contacts, and tap on "My Info". Make sure the correct contact is listed for you there. It should say "me" to the very right of it in Contacts.
Respond back if you continue to experience the same thing, and let us know if your contacts are being synced with iCloud or another type of account.
