change gesture position

Can I change the gesture position from top right to bottom right corner, for accessing iPhone control?

Is it possible to customise gestures? I don't like the default swipes behaviour because it doesn't allow to use the phone with one hand. For instance, I would like to have swipe down from the right corner to show the notifications. Is it possible at all?
