  1. Does that message appear randomly, or does it appear when you attempt to do something specific on your device? For example, does it appear after you attempt to send a text message?
  2. Are you using Dual SIM? More about that here: Using Dual SIM with an eSIM
  3. Does that message continue to appear after restarting your device? Restart your iPhone
  4. Do you have an available carrier settings update? Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad
