AirPods don’t show up on my device list on Find My

When ever I go to Find My all my devices show up except the AirPods, the weird thing is after leaving home I get a notification saying that I seem to have forgotten them behind, meaning they are still connected to my Apple ID, however when I press on the notification it goes to Find My and they don’t show up.

Also worth mentioning that me and my sister share them sometimes and they appear as a device on her list of devices (that is shown for me on Find My Friends) under my name.

The problem isn’t that am not getting a single, but they don’t even appear on the device list nor my devices on iCloud.

Hello,

If your AirPods are out of Bluetooth range, out of charge, or in the case with the cover closed, Find My won't give a current location. You just have to find them manually by looking for them. However, Find My may list the most recent location where they were last connected. Note: with iOS 15 other Apple devices can sometimes help to locate missing devices.

Good luck.
