Hi,


If you are having issues with purchasing within device Settings, you can also complete the Agreement Sale online via mysupport.apple.com/add-coverage. Make sure to sign in with your Apple ID.


If the issue persists, contact Apple Support before your eligibility ends to assist with completing the Agreement Sale.

Be sure to have your serial number.
