My account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes and I want to add my card on it and it not working

Nobody here can help, and nothing you can do will re-enable this Apple ID, other than contacting and discussing whatever happened here with Apple:


If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
