I purchased a new device

What device? The offer from Apple is for purchasing a new iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV box, or Mac.¹ – i.e. an Apple device with the Apple TV app. Other Apple devices aren’t eligible for this offer.

But I see nowhere the option to activate it.

For Macs, first sign in to the TV app (menu Account), or the redeem button won’t appear.

Is there a code to use and activate it?

There is no code for this offer. The redeem option is presented on your new eligible device after setup – i.e. tied to the device itself and your Apple ID account. Once you have redeemed and activated the subscription, then the Apple TV+ service is available on any of your devices with the Apple TV app.

The offer is available to new subscribers. If you have had an extended free trial for Apple TV+ before, then a new device will not make you eligible a new offer. If you canceled a trial, then you can’t get a new trial.

If you are eligible, and you did as described in the guide, and you still can’t redeem this Apple TV+ offer, then ask the Apple Support staff for assistance. They would be able to help you get it.
