I have an iPhone 6s. I'm trying to transfer my apps and data to the iCloud in preparation for a new phone but I don't have "transfer" under General/Reset

How do I backup all my apps & data to the iCloud when I don't have a "Transfer" under the General/Reset

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Hello,

according to what you have said you are running iOS 12. From knowledge, iOS 12 doesn’t give you the option to transfer by going into General/Reset. iOS 15 is the only version that can do this. Unfortunately the iPhone 6 and 6 plus are no longer supported which means you won’t be able to update to iOS 15.

Your stuff should back up to iCloud automatically (if you have enough iCloud storage)
