BOTIM message and photos restore ?

Did you delete this app, is that why you are trying to restore it? If that is the case, when you download the app again, how it handles data is dependent on how the app developer coded it for backups. It may be that it does not backup the data on the iPhone and when you deleted it, it deleted all of the data as well. You would need to contact the app developer to ask them that question.
