If you’re still unable to see youtube in Appstore please consider that every Appstore in every country works under the Rules and Regulations of that Country.

This could also mean that youtube is temporarily not available in the Appstore of your Origin.

read the page you've referenced a little closer. the youtube app is for iOS devices only. it is not available for macOS.

youtube is a website that you access through a browser on the Mac, not an app.
