i let my ex girlfriend use my apple watch and now that we broke up she gave it back but will not sign out of her icloud on it, when i try to set it up it comes up with activation lock abs she will not send me her details for me to unlock it and refuses to meet me in person, i’ve had the watch for 3-4 years now and have proof, what do i do

Im sorry to hear about that issue.
Since the Apple Watch was registered under her Apple ID, this issue includes Security Reasons you’d have to discuss that with Apple Support and let them help you / Remove the device.
