Hi, I’m Dionis, I purchased today Nov 21, 2021, a Beat Fit Pro at Best Buy. I charge the earbud until it was fully charged, I went out for a walk and listening to the music. Lest than an hour latter the earbud turned off. Battery was dead and it was supposed to last at least 6 hours. What went wrong?

Hi, I did what was instructed, but having used the earbud since. Perhaps I may used this afternoon while walking. My walking time is one an half and the battery shouldn’t die just listening to the music.
