I upgraded my storage and I’m still getting the storage is full message
i upgraded my storage capacity and iPhone is still full. Yes, I did a backup.

What you upgraded was your iCloud storage. There is no way to increase the physical storage on the device itself. You can, however, free up some physical space by deleting items you don’t want.
