Apps not loading

I have arlo security cameras . It worked fine with my iPhone 12 max pro until the 15.1update now my arlo app won’t open or load . I have tried everything including going into storage off load the app untinstall restart phone reinstall nothing work . The app does work in my IPad with a earlier update . But not my updated I phone . Please help we need these cameras working
