i cannot get my serial number as my touch screen does not work

I would like to get an appointment at the Richmond, bc genius bar. My touch screen does not work so I cannot access any info on it

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Hmm, do you still have the box that the phone came in? The serial number should be there.

Otherwise, contact the location directly. You should not need the serial number for that:
