I set up an appointment yesterday through apple, but found out today that my cellular service company's insurance will cover the repair.

How do I cancel the appointment at Best Buy for my iphone repairs?

You'll get numerous notification reminder from which you can cancel. Or, you can log into the same site from which you made your reservation and cancel it. Or, call your local Best Buy.
