MS Office apps read only on ipad

Hi there,

I've been able to access MS Office apps on both my iPad and iPhone, but very recently it has become read only when I try to use it on my iPad. The following is the message I get:

"No Microsoft 365 subscription was found for xxx..."

I've tried updating my app and signing-out/in but this hasn't resolved the issue.

Thanks

iPad Air, iPadOS 15

Subscription:

Office 365 is a Subscription. So, if it has expired, this may not work.
