Cracked Screen on Macbook Pro 14"

Is it normal for a Macbook 14" screen to crack without any accidental damage? My screen has a tiny crack that made my display a defective line and after a while, it's now 2 lines. I only leave this on my table.

Apple, I poured all my savings into this laptop cause I saw how good it is for my graphic design. I contacted POWERMAC, they said if there is no physical damage it will be under warranty. But there is a small crack! And they said it would cost me 48,000PHP (Philippine Money). I only had this for almost a month, now it has weird lines. I am really anxious and I can't help myself but break down and cry, I trusted this brand cause of its capability. Please help me fix this issue.. I don't want to spend a fortune on this, cause the repair is equivalent to an M1 MacBook Air.

You are not talking to Apple; we are users just like you. If you need warranty service, you need to contact Apple directly.

I don't know warranty terms and conditions where you are, but a one month old MacBook will be covered assuming Apple doesn't find the damage to have been caused by user action. And that's for them to decide. Good luck!
