I don’t have a lot of apps on my phone either so I have any pictures or videos but my phone keeps on saying it’s full what could be the problem

I don’t have a lot of pictures or videos or music or apps on my phone but it keeps on saying my storage is full what could be the problem and how can I resolve it

First, let's make sure that your iPhone has the latest software.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


If the alert returns, tap on the alert in Settings. Does it go away? If not, restart your iPhone. Restarting can resolve many unexpected behaviors. Restart your iPhone


Let us know the results. Be sure to include any other troubleshooting steps that you may have tried.
