Who are my "favorites" in Focus?

When I set up Focus for Sleep >Allowed People, I can list Allowed People. I can then also allow calls from "Favorites." Who or what are favorites? Is there a list somewhere, and how do I add or subtract from it?

Favourites is a list you can create in the Phone app by scrolling down to the foot of an entry for a person in your list of contacts in the Contacts app or in the Phone app and tapping on Add to Favourites.

You can see this list in the phone app by touching on Favourites in the row of icons at bottom of the screen.
