I’ve upgraded to iOS 15 and now I can’t use the call forwarding option (not by using the option through settings - I get the buffering sign, and not by using the network option with *21* etc- I get an error )
My service provider said that this is an apple problem
Does anyone have a solution to this? It’s very annoying

It appears that after updating to iOS 15, you're no longer able to use Call Forwarding. If you haven't already, you can make sure there are no available carrier settings updates available: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support It's important any new updates from your carrier are updated.
Another step you can also take is to restart, which may seem simple but can sometimes help resolve issues: Restart your iPhone Let us know how those steps go or if you've already tried those when working with your carrier.

unfortunately that doesn’t solve the problem- the carrier settings are updated (and were checked and reviewed by the carrier) and restart (several times over the past few days) also does not help ☹️
