Disabled account in the App Store and ITunes

”your account has been disabled in the App Store and ITunes”, how to fix it? I tried to change my Apple ID password, but it didn’t help.

Hello. In order to get this fixed, you will need to Contact Apple Support. They will be able to help you resolve this issue.
