i ordered iphone 13 pro sierra blue from your site 6 days ago and you didn’t cut money from credit card, and there is answer that it will be done from 2 december to 9 december. i want to have an answer i dont want to waste my time i just want to know that this item really will be done an when you send me

Apple generally maintains its delivery predictions, and if you have the information that it will be shipped between December 2nd and 9th, it will.
As for the payment, the money will be withdrawn when your iPhone is shipped.
But you're not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user tech support forum and we, just users like you, are not aware of your orders/transactions with Apple.

You will not be charged until the iPhone is ready to ship. At that point the status will changed to "Getting ready to ship" and an updated delivery time frame will be offered.
Generally the estimated dates are very accurate, so if it says between December 2 and 9 that's when you will get it.
