I have a plan to travel next Wednesday and I ordered iPads making sure those arrived before I travel. Delivery date was last Friday. But UPS rescheduled delivery date for coming Wednesday (5 days late). What am I supposed to do? I need my iPads before I travel on Wednesday. Appreciate any help. Thanks.
Delivery services are all experiencing issues due to supply chain issues and having sufficient personnel to handle deliveries. If you have questions, you would need to contact UPS. As the other poster stated, they can make destination changes if you contact them, as well as other things. Sometimes there are things we have no control over.
It's unlikely you'll get the iPads before you leave. Perhaps you can UPS reroute the iPads.
There is nothing you can do. Delivery dates are delayed for many reasons, specifically due to the COVID pandemic right now. I’ve had this happen to me on the last two deliveries and there is nothing we can do except to be patient.
