Hello, how do I restore the phone contact I deleted from last month

If you have a backup created before deleting your contact, you can restore data from that backup, using these instructions:--> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup, bearing in mind that that procedure overwrites all data exixting on your device.
No backup = No recovery, sorry.
