Is Airpods 3 intrinsically safe

i would like to know if airpods 3 is intrinsically safe or not ?
tried to call apple support and looked in website but couldn’t find answer to that

If they do not clearly state in the manual or online details, then these are not intrinsically safe.
in order to verify "Intrinsically-safe" there are a number of tests and certifications to go through...
these all cost money, if Apple spent the money on the extra design and testing, and it all passed, you can be sure that they would have the paperwork and marketing be clear on this status.
therefore, do not use these in a potentially hazardous environment.
