Microsoft Outlook will not show up as an application for install on Apple Watch

After a recent update to the Apple Watch OS 6.3, my Watch app on iPhone no longer shows Outlook as an application available for install. I’ve tried all the fixes suggested by Apple (restart, Unpair and reinstall Watch, uninstall and reinstall Outlook, etc.) Is there any fix to remedy this issue?

That is a pretty old version of watchOS. Do you have Outlook installed on the iPhone? It could be that the latest version of the Outlook app does not support the Watch. You should check with the app developer. How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
