Trouble downloading collaborated spreadsheet in Numbers on a new ipad

Hello. I bought an iPad Air today, and set it up from my old iPad mini.

In Numbers, I can open a spreadsheet created by me, but spreadsheets created by others and collaborated with me don’t download. I just get the spinning icon.

I can open the spreadsheet on my iPhone X and my old iPad mini.

what am I doing wrong….

Thanks in advance.
