How I can change the UoM from mile to km

Where is it displaying distance like that. In looking in Settings for the native Weather app, it only shows the ability to change the temperature listing between Celsius and Fahrenheit.

There are no other settings to change there. I believe the rest of the settings are based on your region location that you set for the overall phone.
