How do I use the Apple Card when calling in an order over the phone?

How do I use the Apple Card when calling in an order over the phone? When I call in an order and try to pay for it with a credit card, I need to give my credit card plus expiration date, and security card. With the Apple Card, because it is completely blank, I don't have any way to provide those numbers and complete the transaction.

In order words, how do you complete a purchase transaction over the phone when neither a Face ID nor Touch ID, nor Wallet, nor chip reader is available?
