For how long can my child turn off "schooltime" on his/her watch? Is there a way to block that option or at least limit it?

They cannot turn it off entirely no. They can exit Schooltime momentarily to check messages or activity rings, and it will automatically re-activate when they lower their wrist if still within the Schooltime time frame.
