SD Card
So I have a iPhone 7 Plus and I was wondering since I am getting a new phone soon will the SD card from this model phone work on a new model like a 12 or 13.

I assume you mean the SIM card since iPhones don't take SD cards...
If so, yes but... If you want 5G service, you will have to get a new SIM from your carrier.
