Can't pair second hand Apple Watch with iPhone
I bought a second hand watch from a stranger only to find that it can pair with my iPhone because of the iCloud activation

If you cannot get back in touch with that person, then I suggest you turn it over to law enforcement. It is probably stolen. Either way, you will not be able to activate and use it. It is useless to you.
