Why whenever i call someone it says call failed?
it happened on my old iPhone and when I transferred everything to my new iPhone it still doesn’t work it says call failed
Your carrier needs to deal with this issue. No one said it was your SIM, but the carrier is the only one that can deal with that issue. If you have an iPhone 12 or 13 series device, make sure that you are updated to iOS 15.1.1.
Try resetting the network settings on your iPhone. If that doesn’t work, then contact your carrier as well.
Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Transfer or Reset iPhone ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Network Settings: You may have to re-enter your Wi-Fi Network password(s) after this action has been completed.

See this, If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support I would check with your carrier if this happened on 2 different devices.

Hello Mohommedalm15, Does this happen for every number you dial? For your dialed phone numbers are you using 10 digits or 7 digits. Many areas require area code plus the 7 digit number. Normally you should get a message telling you this.
