How do you know if an outside individual is linked to your iphone

I have recently had individuals hack my android phones in a bad way. By linking to my devices. Plus they have taken over my spectrum Wi-Fi router. So how do I know if someone has linked to my iPhone with a piece a crap lab with an IP address of 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.1.1? Thank you
