videos on all platforms keep pausing
not sure why but any video i play (whether it be on youtube, netflix, instagram etc…) it keeps pausing every few seconds….

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that your videos keep pausing and you have test on multiple apps with the same result.
Trying multiple apps was great as that helps to isolate where this issue occurs. Since this happens on several apps, it might be an issue with your network. Is there another network you can test? If so, what happens there? Try the steps from About iOS performance on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch as well.
