My right airpod don't work. I did the reset procedure after charging but still doesn't work.

So sorry your experiencing No sound in one of your AirPods.

Troubleshooting I would complete:
Charge AirPods completely
Pair them with a different device to see if issue persist
Reset AirPods
Check Audio balance in settings > accessibility > AirPods > audio accessibility settings > and you should see balance. Make sure that big white circle is showing in the middle of L and R. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211218
