Update problem
hey so im trying to update my iphone 6s but it says it cannot ipdate because the "iphone"cant be found

Have you tried updating over the air on wi-fi?
First check
- you are on a good Wi-Fi,
- on charge with more than 50% charged,
- no VPN installed
- low power mode turned off.
- Fully working cellular network connection via your SIM.
- Check Settings, General to make sure you have no Beta profile installed.
Then Settings, General. Software updates and select to download and update.
