Not satisfied with iphone 13 battery purchased on 04 november 2021?

I purchased iphone13 256gb on 04 nov 2021. I am not satisfied with iphone 13 battery as i am very less user only use phone calls or some whatsup notifications. Before iphone 13 i am using iphone 6 used 4 and half year that is as much better in battery than iphone 13 i feel even only used 20 days. Please sort out my problem or i am thinking of selling this phone on olx.worst experience in my life.

Hello ~ Take your iPhone in to Apple and have it checked out and if the battery or some other component is defective it can be replaced.

I would guess that the iPhone 13 is defective. You can try updating the OS. (Open settings, press general, press software update.) or you can follow this guide to improving battery life on iPhone.https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-save-battery-life-on-your-iphone


if those tips don’t fix it, then you can try to return it. If you bought it from the apple store, you have 14 days to return it. You’ve already exceeded that, but the return policies vary, depending on where you bought it.
