i have an iphone 11 and my sound is very low i had the speakers cleaned out thinking that was the problem but i still have a hard time hearing phone calls or videos

Did you find the same issue occurred after removing any cases and screen protectors? That might help to narrow this down a bit.

Also, do you happen to have a pair of headphones available? If so, how is audio when you try using headphones?
