Can’t hear incoming calls??!!!

Hello Scrappy~ Try this:
If this doesn’t help…we will keep working on it. Try this as well: Go to Settings * Phone * Then turn off Silence Unknown Callers.

IPHONE: can’t hear phone ring. Volume at highest level, do not disturb feature off. Can make calls and received calls, goes right to voicemail. I can text, email iMessage, etc.. just can’t figure out why I can’t hear incoming calls!
Help much appreciated!
