Getting billed for apple/bill

Getting billed for apple/bill recipe for 4.99 but don't know what account that is hooked up to my debt card? I have 3 kids and they have iPhones so I've checked and from what I'm getting I'm not seeing a charge it has been ongoing for a couple months at 4.99 a month I'd like to solve it befor this next year starts and we go through this again . Please email me back asap and I can provide info on my card to ensure we can reach some kinda agreement
