First, it starts on November 26, not now.

Second, for Macs, only the following are included in the offer:

Get a $100 Apple Gift Card when you buy an eligible Mac notebook or Mac mini. And get $200 with a 27‑inch iMac.*

MacBook Air, MacBook Pro 13”, Mac mini, and iMac 27”

The new 14" and 16" models are not.

No -- from what I posted above(from Black Friday - Cyber Monday Shopping Event - Apple ) the only thing that will have a $200 gift card is the 27-inch iMac and there is a $100 gift card for a 13" MacBook Pro.

Not that I know of -- if there were it should be mentioned in Black Friday - Cyber Monday Shopping Event - Apple and it isn't.

I haven't paid attention to see if anyone else (Authorized Resellers) is (or might soon) offer a discount. I suspect they are in such high demand that there may not be any significant discounts for awhile.
