charge to my bank account

I want to know why 19.99 was charged to my bank acct, was asked to update my information, thought that was all I was doing, not buying anything, trusting apple is not a good idea. Can you please put my money back in my acct, I live on social security, do not need apple stealing from my bank acct. Patricia Cloud
