Why I haven’t received my trade in kit?

This is a user forum, we don't handle return kits. You can contact Apple directly by clicking on Get Support at upper right corner of any forum page.

Once it ships, Apple will email you the tracking number.

It takes a bit to get it. So, expect it in a few days from when you requested it.
