I have a family sharing account and within my family is my wife and daughter. I want to be able to share everything with my wife, and everything but music with my daughter. My daughter already has an apple music account and does not want to loose her playlists and i do not want to mess with that.

When you get an Apple Music Family subscription and set it up with Family sharing according to:

everyone gets their own music library. If someone in the family group already has an individual or student subscription to Apple Music, renewal of that subscription is automatically canceled when they join the family group. They should not lose their existing library or playlists as long as the subscription is not manually cancelled. The only music you can share are songs you purchased from the iTunes Store.
